As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar monetization manager to join our great team! As a senior monetization manager, you will be responsible for setting the experience and incentive of our players by designing daily innovative combinations of reasons to play and reasons to play Using data insights and your creativity you will build a monthly LiveOps calendar and improve it as we go, identify segments that can be optimized, convert NPUs to pay Work together with art and operations to make sure all plans are executed sharply.


- Represent our players' experience internally to make sure we have both players and business interests aligned.
- Collaborate with the economy department to define pricing and best experiences in challenges and feature configurations.
- Collaborating with product owners is task forces to make sure our features are at maximum utility to have a well-balanced experience for the players.
- Build and execute monthly live ops calendar – from strategy to execution.
- Work together with the art department to make sure we have sharp and creative campaigns - from briefing to approving the assets.
- Work together with operations to make sure that the calendar plan is well understood and executed.
- Use data to locate new growth engines and plan them to get the desired outcome.
- Be on top of the game to make sure we are on top of targets and Ad-Hoc when needed.


- Experience of at least 2 years in F2P online / mobile gaming – in monetization specially.
- Experience in designing and executing LiveOps calendars.
- Data approach – passion for using dashboards and ability to gain insights from exploring the data.
- Great project management skills - being able to control and manage complex projects with many moving parts.
- Creativity – on top of the data & numbers, we want you to be curious, inventive and come up with new ideas to boost our reasons to play and pay on existing set of features.
- A willingness to work hard and be hands on while maintaining strategic vision and always keep in mind the big picture.
