As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar VP Finance to join our great team!


- Spearhead the development of the Company's finance team, fostering team growth through effective leadership, mentorship, training, and task prioritisation.
- Take charge of day-to-day finance operations, including oversight of financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, treasury functions, and ensuring adherence to tax compliance.
- Retain complete ownership of the Company's financial reporting, ensuring the delivery of detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Act as a pivotal figure in the finance domain, managing relationships with advisors, auditors, financial business partners, and external suppliers located overseas.
- Institute streamlined processes for expense management and approval, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable tax regulations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts with company suppliers to ensure compliance and optimal terms.
- Take charge of the preparation and management of the company budget, ensuring financial goals align with strategic objectives.


- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in significant financial roles (e.g., Director of Finance) with a preference for experience in high-growth tech companies.
- CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm is a must.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, especially Priority and NetSuite.
- Previous experience in system implementation is an advantage.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including the development of complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proven experience in raising debt financing is advantageous
- Experience in sales tax/transfer pricing (TP) work - an advantage.
- Previous involvement in managing an M&A process - an advantage.
